Had a shit day with food today, I didn’t wake up for breakfast and I ate like abit for lunch then I had a banana and jacket potato for dinner with some cucumber and tomato, my brain has just instantly changed back to my old ways and there’s nothing I can really do about it unless I give in soon but I can’t because otherwise I will just have an overwhelming feel of emotions which I won’t be able to deal with anymore, I know I’m not eating enough because I am getting really light headed after I smoke which doesn’t happen unless I’ve eaten throughout the day, I’m only clinging on to foods that I think are safe and it’s so scary but there’s nobody staff wise I can talk to about it and I don’t want to anyway I will have to sort it out for myself

Don’t let aches and pains stop you from moving! They only worsen as we become more sedentary. Get up and move. Stand up and touch your toes, reach for the sky, hold a plank, reverse and hold a Superman. Then add some faster movements (enough to boost your ♥️ rate but not enough to make you hate life) like burpees, jump squats, broad jumps, reverse lunges, v-ups, or hollow rock holds. .
I’m slowly embracing the necessary breaks from the barbell. We all run so fast and have so much “noise” that surrounds us constantly, that it’s no wonder we all feel like we’re running near the edge of our emotional cliffs. Kick off your shoes and connect with nature...with God...And be still. .
It’s ok to not want to do your normal workout. It’s ok to feel sluggish and unmotivated. Do something different. Ask yourself what would make you get up and move today. And then be proud that you did it and won the battle. .
Listen to your body. .
Listen to the beauty outside.

Yesterday my new air fryer arrived!! 🤗
So a bit of background about my situation; after a traumatic experience I ended up homeless, sofa-surfing at family & friends’ houses. Now, I am living in temporary accommodation provided by the council. I don’t have much money & I’ve only ever lived in shared furnished houses so I don’t have much furniture at the moment, i.e. a cooker or bed. Of course, my eating disorder loved this as I had an excuse to cut out a lot of scary foods but now my air fryer is here so there’s no more excuses!
Whilst my eating disorder mind is throwing a tantrum, my wise mind is excited to be able to eat more than just microwave meals 😁...and you can bake cakes in it too!! 😮🌻

In adulthood relationships, people who experienced emotional neglect may have issues developing healthy attachments to people. This is when many people start to notice and connect the issues that stem from childhood. ⁣⁣

Sometimes you gotta just dress up and remember who the f*ck you are 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve been struggling with my self confidence a little lately.. music, fashion, dance, nails & make up to me is my form of expression- so I decided to make a lil extra effort today just to remind myself who I am.. it’s okay to have down days and periods of time, we are only human .. but just remember to fix your crown whenever you feel it slipping, we got this! 💪🏽👑 #Queens #Kings #Empowerment #SelfLove

Over the past year that I've known @hustlinghalfpint, we have been through some SERIOUS TIMES! Funny, sad, happy, exciting, beautiful, emotional, hilarious, surprising and she has always been there to support me no matter what kinda messages I sent her way!

El 25 de agosto se cumplirán dos años de la muerte de Ulises (@juarezpolanco) , y mis queridos Ela y Yass han querido hacerle un homenaje (o al menos así lo siento yo), desde la plataforma de @ajacontamemas en Spotify, para conversar sobre el duelo y nuestra experiencia al enfrentar la muerte de Ulises, y de cómo transcurridos casi dos años he logrado seguir viviendo.
No ha sido nada fácil, pero continúo aquí al pie de cañón, con mis altas y bajas, reinventándome, y tratando de seguir, porque al final qué es la vida sino vivir y enfrentarla con todo lo que eso implica.
Agradezco de todo corazón a @elamvela y @yasschavg por permitirme compartir mi testimonio, que no es más que mi experiencia sobre cómo he procesado y sigo procesando el duelo; de compartir mis aprendizajes sobre esta parte de la vida a la que todos nos tendremos que enfrentar tarde o temprano, y de educarnos sobre cómo apoyar a alguien que ha perdido un ser querido.
Reitero que esta ha sido mi experiencia, porque cada quien vive y enfrenta el duelo a su manera, pero en verdad espero que en esta íntima conversación encuentren un halo de esperanza y de luz en el túnel.

It's time my friends. It is time to let go of the things that have been holding you back. It is time to let go of the fear. Choose one small thing that will help you move forward in becoming who you are meant to be. Let go of the past. Dust yourself off and move forward. You can do it! You are doing better than you think you are💓 We aren't defined by our mistakes. It is how we choose to live after trials that shows us who we are. I have heard that after trials you have a choice....get bitter or get better. Be better friends. There is so much more joy on the side of forgiveness (for yourself or others) and the willingness to learn from the things going on in your lives. You are worth it. It is oh, so hard. Please don't give up. I believe in you. Rise up and become stronger. Find joy and happiness in any situation. Do whatever it takes to get there. There are people willing to help. Rise my friends.

And for this post, acknowledging my dominant identity as a ciswoman. (Cis meaning that the gender I identify with is the same gender that I was assigned at birth).

I understand that for trans and gender diverse/expansive folx, yoga and other wellness spaces can be unwelcoming at best and traumatizing, victimizing, and scarring at worst. As a cisgender woman, I recognize that I will never understand the full experience of being a trans or gender diverse/expansive individual. 🔹
That said, I understand and believe that each person, no matter how they identify, is entitled to respect and compassion for however they identify.

I believe:
* Gender and Sexuality are fluid and we can identify along a continuum
* Gender is a social construct and the gender you were assigned at birth does not always correlate to how you identify
* You have the right to self-identify, and use pronouns that you prefer
* Gender and sexual identity are not choices you made, nor disorders you have
* No one is having the same experience
* Building a life worth living in alignment with your values is more important than fitting into culturally acceptable gender norms, expressions or identities

Workout done at home 💪🏻
I’ve felt my mood go down a little the last few weeks. I can’t put my finger on why but I know I haven’t been doing any exercise and I’m honestly starting to believe that it makes me feel so much better, mentally & physically. I let things get too much and on top of me but actually just doing something for myself just once a day is fine. It doesn’t make me selfish or a bad mum/wife/friend. It’s making sure I’m ok, and that’s ok too ✨

But that doesn’t mean you should stop caring at all. This world needs caring people, this world is at a lack of caring people! We are doomed without them... also I just started reading this Book so can’t recommend anything yet, looks good to me but 12€ for ca. 200 pages written in a fat script. I’m usually not into that but let’s see #
